July 25, 2014, a conference on " Improvement of customer service at the Belarusian Railway" is planned in Baranavicy

The key objective of the conference is the discussion about approaches to the development and improvement of the transport service system at the Belarusian Railway.
Within the framework of the conference, a customer service center will open for transport (TEC) at the station Baranovichi-Centraĺnyja.
Leaders and representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications and other public services, of the Belarusian Railway, as well as cargo, freight forwarding companies and other organizations will take part in the event.
The roundtable conference will cover three thematic blocks: "Analysis of the existing transport services at the Belarusian Railway and improving of it"; "Functioning of the customer service center (CSC) at a local railway level, structure and information stuffing, electronic systems capabilities and services packages and "Prospects for improving the transport services on the so-called one stop principle.
Furthermore, reports of scientific experts regarding improving of existing transport services and interaction between the transport services market players will be provided .
During the conference, participants will discuss important problems regarding improvement of customer services at the Belarusian Railway and solutions that will form the framework for improving the operational efficiency of the Belarusian Railway.
