Services for Temporary Placement of Empty Private Cars of freighters/receivers

The Belarusian railway provides  empty wagon layover services for private wagons on tracks of organizations related to the Belarusian railway.

The service is provided on conditions that accommodated, temporary not being used for freightage private empty wagons:

• are registered in Automatic Data Bank of inventory fleet wagons of railways and wagons held by enterprises  and organizations in accordance with the Standard code operating rules and regulations for number-specific registering own  wagons (approved on the 68th Meeting of the Railway Transport Council of the CIS-members on the May 17-18, 2018) as wagons of the railway administrations of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union,  non-members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in compliance with the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Customs Code;
• are owned by customer on the right of ownership or of any other legal right;
• are 25 minimum.
