The information centre at Minsk-Pasažyrski station is ready for working with guests of the Ice Hockey World Championship

The Information centre at Minsk- Pasažyrski station, located in the concourse waiting room, is ready to assist guests of the Ice Hockey World Championship with searching their desired information.
Representatives of the Belarusian Railway, an English speaking volunteer and taxi dispatch service staff are on duty within 24 hours at the information desk. In the daytime, the staff members of Mingorspravka help desk, of the Department for Citizenship and Migration of Minsk City Executive Committee (Minsk police) and of car renting service are working here. In this composition, the information center will be open until the end of the championship.
The information support staff will assist guests with searching their desired information, such as calling a taxi, car renting, explaining rules for foreign citizens who are temporarily staying in Belarus and issues regarding registration for foreigners.
Our guests are reminded that a total of 16 volunteers (students of the Minsk State Linguistic University) are currently involved in providing information assistance for foreigners at the Minsk- Pasažyrski railway station twenty-four-hours per day. A shift work has been organized (4 people per shift).
Besides of that, the Customer Service teams will provide information services at Losica station and at Masiukouscyna station. The teams include representatives of Minsk division of the Belarusian Railway and primary organizations of "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" (BRSM). A total of 32 people are involved in a 24-hour shift work.
