Heads of Belarusian Railway and Kaliningrad Railway discussed issues of bilateral cooperation

On September 13, 2022 negotiations were held between the Head of Belarusian Railway Vladimir Morozov and the Head of Kaliningrad Railway Sergei Sapegin.
During the event, the parties discussed a number of issues of bilateral cooperation: results, prospects and directions of work to ensure freight rail transportation, cooperation on the promotion of carriage traffic volume from Belarus and Russia in Kaliningrad region direction, taking into account the current sanctions restrictions.
Within the framework of the bilateral meeting, attention was also paid to the organization and prospects for the development of passenger transportation.
During the visit, the Russian colleagues got acquainted with the infrastructure facilities of the Belarusian mainline, including the Transportation Control Center of Belarusian Railway.
