Belarusian Railway increases container transportation 1,3 times in January-September 2020

In January-September 2020 Belarusian Railway transported more than 700 000 containers TEU. The volume of traffic was up by 30%, compared to the same period of 2019.
The main priorities for Belarusian Railway are to ensure timely train operation, to create new projects and services for accelerated delivery of goods.
China–Europe–China remains a promising route for the development of container transport. Over 380 000 containers TEU were operated within this route in January-September, up by 1.6 times compared to the same period of 2019.
